Unfortunately, we do not provide on-site system development services (SES) at our clients’ sites. All system development is done on a contract basis.

It is possible to change system specifications during the design and implementation phases of system development, but changes to system specifications will result in extensions to the schedule and delivery date.

In addition, changes to specifications and additional requirements after the system specifications have been decided will require additional work hours (additional costs).

Yes, if the program and source code of the system was developed by our company, we will provide daily maintenance support, as well as minor adjustments and modifications to the system’s operation and functions.

However, we do not provide support for the transfer, maintenance, or modifications of your existing systems, or programs and source code developed by other companies. Please be aware of this in advance.

We develop systems in the most suitable cloud environment, such as Alibaba Cloud or AWS, according to customer needs.

The cloud environments we use for our system development are as follows:

We are involved from the concept stage of system implementation, and by centralizing all the work processes required for system development, from initial requirements hearings, to system design, implementation, testing, and post-release maintenance, we are able to develop systems reliably and at the lowest possible cost.

Work process Main work content
① Interviews and requirements definition This is the process of identifying (defining) system requirements, such as how to realize the system the customer desires. We participate from the initial concept stage, and consider and decide system specifications together with the customer.
② Basic design (external design) This is the process of designing the system screen, operability, and efficiency based on the defined system specifications and functional requirements. We design a system that is stress-free and easy to use for users.
③ Detailed design (internal design) We design system operations and functional structures, taking into consideration the programming language used for development, selection of server configuration, and maintenance efficiency during production use.
④ Program implementation Following the specifications determined in steps ① to ③ above, we will proceed with the implementation required for the system configuration, making full use of programming languages such as PHP and cloud technology.
⑤ Unit testing This is the process of testing whether each program function implemented in step ④ above works individually. It verifies whether there are any defects or bugs in the program, whether the functions work correctly, etc.
⑥ Integration testing The multiple program units verified in step ⑤ above are combined into one group and further verified. In this process, we also verify whether there are any defects or bugs, whether they are working properly, etc.
⑦ Comprehensive testing The implemented system is uploaded to a verification server environment and the entire system is tested to verify whether it functions as a system intended for production use.
⑧ Operational testing
(performed by the customer)
This is the process before the system is released to the public. It is the final test to check whether the system works and functions in a way that meets the expected system requirements when customers or users actually use the system.
⑨ System migration
(release to production)
After verifying the system quality through the above test processes ⑤ to ⑧, the system is transferred to the production server environment. After that, it is released to customers, users, and the market, and the system begins operation.
⑩ Maintenance support In order to ensure stable operation of the system and server environment after the official launch, we provide daily maintenance support. We also handle ongoing system maintenance and updates, as well as unexpected and sudden system problems.

We company’s system development is mainly contract development, focusing on web and open system development.

When implementing programs, we mainly use the PHP development language and standard frameworks such as Laravel.

After the infrastructure design for the cloud server has been defined, including the number of hosts and their specifications, the version of the OS/middleware to be installed, subnets, security policies, etc., we will begin construction of the cloud server based on the contents of that infrastructure design.

Once the initial construction of the cloud server is complete, we will provide you with a set of login and configuration information for the cloud server.

There is no limit to the number of times we can provide support for cloud server operation, maintenance, and monitoring. In addition, there are no additional costs for exceeding the number of support responses.
