Yes. Even in such cases, we charge an initial fee.

When we take over the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud or server environments, the following initial setup work is involved:

• Investigating the existing settings of the cloud or server environment
• Installing our monitoring tools (agents) in the cloud or server environment to be monitored
• Configuring monitoring items and alert thresholds for the monitoring tools
