【Hong Kong SAR】Attended “AWS Summit Hong Kong”

On May 8, 2025, I participated in “AWS Summit Hong Kong 2025,” held at the Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong SAR, China.

Here, I would like to share the highlights of the event.

About AWS Summit Hong Kong

The “AWS Summit Hong Kong” is an exhibition held annually in Hong Kong SAR, focusing on AWS cloud technologies and generative AI.

This event brought together nearly 4,000 industry leaders, technology innovators, and startup representatives, showcasing the latest cloud solutions.

Event Highlights

I wandered around the venue while visiting various booths.

Our partner company, BytePlus, which has been supporting us, also had its own exhibition booth.

There was a machine shaped like an arcade fighting game cabinet.

This is the “Model Brawl League,” an interactive AI battle platform developed by AWS that leverages large language models (LLMs).

Multiple LLMs compete in a dialogue format, creating a virtual arena.

I attended AWS’s seminar.

Summary

Through the AWS Summit Hong Kong event, I realized that Hong Kong SAR is a technology hub in the Asia-Pacific region, where one can truly experience the rapid adoption of the latest technologies and the richness of practical use cases.

In addition, this event featured many solutions related to generative AI, indicating that generative AI is likely to continue playing a central role in business strategies.
