【Shenzhen】Asia’s Silicon Valley Tour 【Spot Visit】

Recently, Mr. Horikoshi, CTO of MyNet Inc., a Japanese client, visited Shenzhen, and we mainly guided him to technology-related spots.

① Hema Fresh

First, we visited Hema Fresh, a supermarket operated by Alibaba Group.

You can purchase products online via a dedicated app, and if you are within 5 km of the store, delivery can arrive in as fast as 30 minutes (conditions apply). It is an extremely convenient supermarket.

Inside the store, there is a food court where you can have seafood or meat you purchased cooked immediately, offering many innovative and interesting features.

② HUAWEI Flagship Store

Next, we went to the HUAWEI flagship store in the MixC shopping mall in Futian, Shenzhen.

HUAWEI offers a wide range of products including laptops and smartphones, and recently also electric vehicles and smart home appliances. The store was bustling with many customers.

There is also a model room where you can experience the performance and convenience of HUAWEI products firsthand.

③ DJI Flagship Store

Next, we visited DJI’s flagship store.

The building’s exterior is very impressive, giving a futuristic atmosphere.

Inside, there are displays of the latest products, as well as the history and evolution of DJI products. We could learn about the development of drones through their products.

There were also large drones like the FlyCart30, which can carry up to 30 kg. Seeing them in person was truly overwhelming.

Visitors can also try flying drones, making it a great experience before purchasing.

④ Huaqiangbei

Finally, we visited the Huaqiangbei electronics market.

When people think of Shenzhen, the first place that probably comes to mind is Huaqiangbei. Its scale, the sheer number of products, and the variety of items sold make it an electronics market like no other.

From electronic circuit components to PC parts, headphones, hair dryers, smartphone cases, and other accessories, you can find almost anything here.

The variety of items sold is truly remarkable.

Its industrial depth and breadth are astonishing, revealing many things we did not know or notice before.
