Yes, even in such cases, we will still require an initial fee.

When we operate, maintain, and monitor your server environment, the following initial setup work is involved.

○ Investigation of the settings of your existing server environment
○ Installation of our monitoring tool (agent) in the server environment to be monitored
○ Setting alert thresholds for the monitoring tool
