Are there any initial costs if we take over operation, maintenance, and monitoring from our own company or another company?

Yes. Even in such cases, we charge an initial fee.

When we take over the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud or server environments, the following initial setup work is involved:

〇 Investigating the existing settings of the cloud or server environment
〇 Installing our monitoring tools (agents) in the cloud or server environment to be monitored
〇 Configuring monitoring items and alert thresholds for the monitoring tools
